First I sinceryly apologize for any of your inconvenice when order MemoryUp. Becasue of the error the MobiHand system, which causes the situation. :cry:

To solve this issue, you need to check all the order receipts:

1) if the order numbers and the activation codes in all the order receipts are same, which means you are only charged for one time.

2) if the order numbers and the activation codes in all the order receipts are different, which means you are charged for multiple times. The orders are handled by MobiHand. Please contact MobiHand for more assistance. If you also need any of our help, please feel free to contact us. We are always ready to assist you.
