I got "Failed: The operation breaks up" error message, Help?

Postby Rose » Mon Sep 14, 2009 8:45 am

The problem is your mobile can not access properly to our online register server. To further assist you, our account management will generate a new key for you to issue an offline registration.
In order to generate the new reg-code, please enter the "register" page (by clicking the "Register" option in MemoryUp Pro's main menu) and check the user-id generated by MemoryUp Pro. Please send the user-id to us, our account management will generate the reg-code for you as soon as we receive your user-id.

Good Afternoon Peter:

Is the system supposed to provide me with a different code, I have not seen it do this process. Can you explain how to access it to provide it to you.

Thanks

Hello Abraham,

Thanks for your message. It's always my great pleasure to assist you.

According to your user-id "120548493-5854", the new offline registration key for you is EYMWLMWAK-JZWO. Please follow the methods below and activate NetworkAcc with this key again.

Please note,
1. The reg-code should be put in upper-case (Capital Letters).
2. The length of the registration key is 14 characters. Please make sure that you do not add any additional "Blank" characters at the beginning or end of the registration key.

Regards
Tina
