Reactvitaging Memoryup Pro and Networkacc after Storm wiped

Hi. The memory of my Storm 9530 got wiped and scrubbed after an aquaintance tried to turn it on and guess the password after 10 times, so the usual security precaution took place. I have restored most of my applications, but the activation keys that I have for Memory Up Pro and NetworkAcc fail because they are considered invalid. My Memory Up Pro User ID number is 256632042-4421 and reg key is CJRVRKDNT-ITAFQ while the ones for NetworkACC are 119713158-7059 and UMKYZWOIW-BBEER, respectively. Will it be necessary for you to reset the codes and send me the new codes and info via e-mail? Thanks, in advance, for your help.

updated my storm 2 os, so i had to reinstall networkacc but i noticed the app generated a new user id which means i cant use my original reg key

I cannot register your apps with key given because of no connection to your server
